Merchandise must be in new condition and unworn to be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
Customized and Personalized Merchandise
Customized or personalized merchandise cannot be exchange or returned. No refunds can be issued after we start on a custom or personalized order. We start on custom and personalized orders 2 business days after the order is approved. A full refund can be issued if it is requested before we start on the order.
